The meat does cook when you microwave it and its even possible (but not recommended, mind you) to microwave steaks. Also you don't necessarily need to cook meat. People regularly eat rare steak and even tartar. I once knew a guy who would regularly eat raw cuts of beef and he never got sick (anecdotal evidence, I know). The quality and freshness of the meat are the essential variables here.

>fumbling with some object in your hand and then making an even bigger mess when trying to regain control is something that only happens to people born after 1995
Thanks for letting us know your only achievement in life is being born before an arbitrary year.

Looks like there's some sort of a glide rack system for the oven grate, but its broken from the other side so only the right side one is installed. When the guy pulls the oven grate out the remaining glide rack detaches itself from the oven but is now tangled with the oven grate. As he's only wearing a single oven mitt, he tries to lift the grate and the pizza out onto the stove so he can go get a second oven mitt and detach the rack from the grate. Then the rack falls, the sudden shift in weight making him lose control of the rack. The rest is just him slipping and falling while dodging the pizza. The lesson here is, don't use rickety equipment like the oven in the video.
