Hey anon. I was at 230 for a while and feel your pain. Drinking water helps, but only to a certain point. I suggest taking fiber supplements along with the increase in drinking water. I have no idea why, but eating a couple fiber gummies makes me feel more full. I figured this out by mistake because I just wanted my bathroom trips to be faster.
