I'm getting mine taken out on Monday, three of them are sticking out halfway, one is still underneath and my mouth isn't big enough so they're kinda coming through the sides.

Is it hard to talk after getting them removed? I'm supposed to be getting a bunch of packages delivered and I don't know how this is going to work it it's the same day of the surgery.
