Honestly, middle-eastern food isn't my favorite - but variety is nice anyways and I make it sometimes.

00/pizza flour (mostly) + rye flour (a little), honey, stick o' butter, eggs (just in the wash), salt, msg, calcium propionate (preservative), sodium stearoyl lactyalate and glycerol monostearate (moisture)

Mostly following this recipe but I prefer with 2 bunches of cilantro leaves and 1 bunch of italian parsley leaves.

The first few kinda fell apart a bit as you can tell. Maybe would have been better to form them and then freeze before frying.

They taste good - a bit undersalted so I sprinkled a bit extra on.

I'm also making pita bread with 3:1 wheat:rye flours and a lemon tahini yogurt dip Tyler Florence also has a recipe for.
