with how cheap ginger is in relation to a restaurant? if someone was willing to do that, id be more worried about other things. like, that the water isnt just from a used half finished glass. virtually impossible to be to save money, so if they do it, its to fuck with customers, and if they are willing to be that petty, id be checking the fecal matter content of everything
