Has anyone ever cooked with a donabe rice cooker? Is there anything you can do with one more easily than with a normal saucepan or non-rice-cooker donabe?

I'm thinking about picking one up, and just not sure about size. A lot of recipes I'm seeing call for using 2 cups of rice in a a 3 cup size pot, but maybe I could adjust for a smaller pot. I usually just cook for myself and don't need to prepare a shit-ton of leftovers for "meal prep" or whatever the redditors are doing these days.

Do any of you people actually make Japanese food, or just eat out and take photos at the table?

What size and is it just a normal donabe or a double lidded type?
