The issue is that all industry is about mass marketing low quality product. If you want to support people who produce quality over quantity, then you absolutely need to do just that.

Also, while I am ok with hunting, I don't think that it is always inherently better than livestock. You can care for livestock in a way you can't with wild game. And you can slaughter livestock without as much of a risk of missing and then having to chase around a deer with a serious injury experiencing extreme stress.

idk. people need to look at slaughter more objectively. People attach too much emotion to slaughter, and they only really see it through the worst light. idk, it's really not bad. It takes 2 seconds and then its over.

These cows are acting like cows.
Please respect animals for who they are. A cow is not a dog, you can't keep it in your home unless you are willing to clean up passive piles of cow shit.

Also remember that an entire cow can easily feed a man for a years. A dog, which only gets up to maybe 100 lbs, can't do that.

Also industrial ag as a whole harms animal populations. If anything, we need less agricultural consolidation and more polycultures.

>And statistics say
Worshipping statistics I see.
No. I am not urban. I was forced to grow up in an urban environment, and I got the fuck out as soon as I could. I am not European, and I don't hunt (yet, nor would I ever hunt for any reason other than for food). I raise livestock, I slaughter it, and I butcher it and I eat it. The first time I slaughtered I wondered if I would feel guilty, mostly due to my faggy urbanite brainwashing to fear death and treat killing a "cute" animal like killing a human, but honestly, I don't. And this is coming from someone who felt guilt when they accidentally killed a tan jumping spider back in 2012. Killing, especially killing out of necessity, doesn't bother me like suffering does. I still understand that killing is killing, whether its my livestock, or a garden pest.
Also if you killed a dog it wouldn't bother me. I don't own any pets at the moment, and I find dogs to be somewhat overrated animals, even though, like many non human things, I enjoy their company. People kill dogs all the time. There is a huge difference between a quick, carefully thought out kill with meaning and torturing an animal to death.

The fact is, my livestock (the excess males at least) were born to die. Just like you and me. It kind of brings me a nice connection to them.

You definitely fear death. You can deny all you want, but you are terrified of it. You'd rather have people destroy entire eco systems using industrial crop agriculture than to do any dirty work yourself, but you still want to virtue signal about how you are somehow above people because of the items you buy at the supermarket instead of god forbid getting your hands dirty.
How pathetic.
