Crema out of my moka pot this afternoon. "100% Columbian" beans from Zavida roasters, bought from Costco. No roast date listed, best before July 2024 so maybe roasted July 2022, I don't know. 6 cup Bialetti Venus, 29g coffee, paper filter below the grounds on the bottom of the funnel and another paper filter above the grounds on the filtration disk. Boiling water up to the valve and brewed on the lowest flame on small burner. 170g out before it started sputtering. Crema dissipated within a couple minutes after cooling the pot. Drank with 1 teaspoon of unrefined cane sugar and around 30g of warm milk. This was my fifth or sixth time brewing coffee in the moka pot and first time getting any amount of "crema".
