Alright lets do the math
>a loaf of bread is about $2.50 and you get 22 slices minus the crusts which means each slice is 11c

>25c+(11*2) = 47c in cost
>Sell a sandwich @ $1 means you get a GP of 53% which is a good ROI

Now lets work out volume:

>do a 6 hour shift at a festival
>2 * 60 = 120
>120 * 6 = 720
>$720 * 0.53 = $381.60
>$381.60 / 6 = $63.60 p/h

Not counting overheads such as power, fuel and fixed costs such as actually building the unit, you'd make roughly $64 p/h
