You wanna be fat?
This is a bulking diet at best, and a normalfag/chubbyfat at worst.

Vegetables,meat,eggs,fruit,nuts in that order.
All of the rest of the stuff should be a once a week kind of treat for you being good.
Water/tea/Coffee are the approved drinks.

Everything else is mostly sugar.

If you don't have a problem with weight, carry on, but if you do, most of the shit up there won't help.
Stay away from over processed shit, and try to eat whole foods more often.

Assume you were going for the healthiest diet and lifestyle possible. What kind of macro split would you go for? Foods you would try hardest to include? What kind of exercise would you go for?

I just turned 30 and I'm kind of worried. I'm not overweight but I know I'm far from healthy (I eat a lot of shit and drink a lot) and my father's side has a history of heart problems. I'm gonna try to get healthy before it's too late.

I'm thinking of a 50/30/20 split on carbs/fats/protein. Only meat fish and chicken. Lots of leafy greens and varied fruits/veges. Sweet potatoes, non-wheat whole grains, legumes, nuts, avocado. Probably just going to cut out dairy and anything that isn't a whole food.

Thoughts and advice?

How are you supposed to eat 2k calories worth of health foods without feeling disgustingly bloated every day?

I'm 150 pounds. I've been trying to eat healthy for several months and still feel sickeningly full constantly. Lentils, oats, rice, and vegetables should be the core of my diet but they're all so fucking filling I can't help but rely on fats/protein like avocado, fish, and nuts to get my calories for the day. My macronutrient spread is about 40% fats and 30% protein/carbs because of this.

How? I thought my body would get used to do it but no. I have to force myself to eat even when I'm not hungry or I lose weight.

forgot pic.

I personally started avoided all processed food, added sugar, dairy, simple carbs, etc. about 6 months ago and feel amazing. I feel well rested on 6 hours of sleep whereas I was always tired before, always in a much better mood, perfect complexion, never get headaches. It's just amazing.
