Funeral potatoes.

Every time I see OP's picture I can't stop thinking about it. What's he making? Why is he doing it at a desk? Maybe he's making jars of pancake mix to share during the holidays. Maybe his wife used to do that, but she died the year before and following her tradition makes him feel like she's not really gone.

And my mom has those same Tupperware measuring cups!
