Stir it up, put the lid on it, and let it simmer for about an hour. Stir every once in a while so it doesn't stick and burn.

While that's simmering slice some green onions.

Get that on a low simmer and cook for about an hour. Make sure you stir it every few minutes so it doesn't stick. Meanwhile, get some green onions.

I forgot to mention that the stock is added at this stage as well; you can see it being poured in.

At this point I simmer it for about 20 min.

Meanwhile, cut some green onions for garnish.
