If you are a tea drinker, you can make vanilla black tea... Gently rub the leaves with the seeds of a few pods, then chop a few -other pods-, mix with the leaves and allow to dry before infusing.

Make crême brulée (see image).

i am planning on making creme brulee today or tomorrow.

i am not sure if i am going to use this specific recipe cause wikipedia says that it is common for creme brulee to contain milk(also it is in english, i use celcius and not fahrenheit etc.).

anyway any tips on how to make it right?.

i heard that it is important to use the right size of ramekins cause otherwise the creme brulee will be shit.
that true?
