The Kentucky Hot Brown

Piece of toasted bread, layer of turkey and sometimes ham, covered in a cheese sauce (usually Mornay), two or three slices of bacon, some tomato slices, then some shredded parmigiano reggiano. I have only made it a few times (there is a specific restaurant that does a magnificent job with it), but some chopped parsley is also good with it. Seems ridiculous to some, but it's a very hearty and tasty meal.
