Alright /ck/, let's swap sauce recipes. Trying to improve my homemade pizzas and I can't seem to get the sauce right.

Here's what I'm using, anybody have tips/suggestions?--
-1 can Whole Peeled Tomatoes (usually Red Gold/Overpriced Italian "imported" shit.

-2tsp oregano & 2 tsp basil

-1/2 a clove of garlic

No cooking.

What am I doing wrong? This is the best I've come up with and it's still just "meh."

Bonus points: here's how to pizza, in case anyone is too lazy to look up the vertical recipe--

-cook at 500 for ~15 mins
