I tried some of this shit awhile back. It's "okay". Definitely doesn't taste or have the texture of anything like chicken. If you were to try to compare it to meat, it had the flavour of a very bland whitefish. Texturewise, it was 50/50 between very firm tofu with a bit of a grainyness to it. There were visible bean bits that also contributed to the texture.

In terms of meat substitutes, I'd rate it a 3/10. It doesn't manage to achieve what it sets out to do.
As its own sort of "thing", it's a solid 5/10. Not a bad veggie patty thing.
