Sorry, your pic inspired me. Dovetail is on my list to try.
Cracked this open and I can't say I loved it at first sniff/sip, but the closer I get to the bottom of the glass, the more I'm warming up to it. Time and air will do it some good I think. The pear brandy aspect of it definitely comes through. No clue what amaro is or what flavors it imparts.
