I tried raw sushi for the first time a week ago, I’ve always enjoyed the California roll and the spicy tuna roll. There is no point to eating raw fish aside from it being a meme, it has no taste or flavor, sushi supremecists get the rope.

Also, I do have a full spice rack. Would it be good to simmer some red pepper flakes with the garlic, and finish the pasta with paprika? I always do that but I’m not sure if it’s really having the desired effect.
