My buddy has been doing Keto for a while now. I'll admit it works p well, but it takes a lot more discipline than portion control in my opinion so I wouldn't do it.

He's been doing it for a year and he's probably lost ~120 lbs. He also picked up cycling, so that probably helped him out as well. /fit/ may be a better place to get advice on keto OP.

I-I like the top because it warms the ketchup and spreads the ketchup out. My only issue with dipping is that it can lead to a ketchup side and a non ketchup side (and if they foolishly keep their ketchup in the fridge, the dipping cool stays cold).

I will admit though, gotta keep a napkin handy for fingers la.
