I admit I've never eaten hump, but generally speaking, roo and camel are fucking pointless. Horribly tough, overpriced, and generally less flavorful than many of their beef competitors. The only way you could utilize it is by shaving it, but then again it's only redeeming quality is being "exotic." You could always do something better different breed of cow and get better results.

I usually order beef tongue tacos and the Mexican place around the corner. They serve brain too and it's ok but it's not as good. Their menudo (tripe) is god tier too.
