For something named bitter it's not that bitter really, not as balanced as some more popular belgian IPA's or tripel/IPA mix but I like what most De Ranke produces.

Depends, here in Belgium it's usually a brown/dubbel if you want some sweetness or gueuze/lambic if you want some sourness.
