2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 tbsp. Mustard
1 1/3 cup Tomato Sauce
3 1/2 cup Water
4 cups Parboiled/Converted Rice
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
Add mustard, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
Drop temperature to low and stir in rice. Top with cheese.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
