Yea, if you don't know how to filter them out.

Every ethnic dish written by a person not of that ethnicity is garbage.

The trick?

instead of "recipe", search for the word "recipe" but in the language of that ethnicity.

For italian food for example, type "tagliatelle ricetta"

For spanish food, "tamales receta"

etc, etc.

This technique isn't necessary on ethnicities with good english speakers, such as filipinos/Indian, so use as needed. Also, a bit challenging with non-latin scripts, so for Chinese food, stick to certain subtitled youtube chefs.
