Do you cook with oil or salt? If you do, why? You do know that neither are necessary to cook food, right anon? Is there a reason you add these ingredients besides taste?

Bros I did it. After years of experimentation. I hold the key to longevity and I will share it with you today. I haven’t been sick in a decade. It’s simple, you must must must incorporate these foods into your diet on a regular basis:

-A LOT of olive oil
-Garlic
-Green tea
-Seaweed (of any kind)
-Dark chocolate
-Yogurt/kefir (kefir better)
-Lemon
-Fresh (non-dried) oregano
-Red wine (1-2 glasses per week)
