Anyway, I'm probably grilling for friends tonight, what meats and what sort of marinades should I go for?

There's going to be a good bit of weed and booze, so I kinda want something that'll shock a lazy palate awake.

Hey, /ck/, my girlfriend is working a double shift on Saturday, and I want to make her a nice dinner. She's pescetarian, and I'm terribly uncreative.

Any suggestions or recipes that aren't too terribly hard or expensive? If it can be mostly prepped early, that would be a bonus.
