Personal reasons for me. I spent my later teens around a man who I had to stay with who had problems with alcohol, so it pretty much turned me away from it. Not to mention I have family dealing with drinking problems and a lot of times a person changes completely with just one drink. As many problems as I have, I'm amazed I haven't been pushed to drink or do any drugs. Laugh if you want, but any adult I meet that doesn't drink or stays sober has my respect, and I don't look down on people who do drink, so keep your smartass comments where they belong.

Five years next year. I had a small sample of cola a year ago without knowing it and it made me jittery. I'm trying to cut out junk food and candy, swapping the latter with sweet potatoes, going on two years now.
