Döner is really not a post drink food per se, if anything it is a post drink food in europe. Nevermind the fact döner in eu differs quite a lot from döner in turkey. Most döner shops also close before midnight. It is more of a casual food.

The quintisential drunk food is the stripe soup. The tripe soup is usually mixed with red pepper and lemon. They are almost always open 24-7 and it is quite common to see drunk guys drinking their soup at 4 am.
I remember heading to one tripe restaurant back in the earthquake of 1999, due to the fact it was the only open restaurant around.
