In Saporro Hokkaido, not so far from the Sapporo Olympic ski jump, there's a small soft serve ice cream shop named Barnes.
They only have two flavors, milk and a seasonal flavor. Right now it's chocolate, but they also do mango.
Milk is a very mild flavor of ice cream, but this is the smoothest, creamiest, most wonderful to eat ice cream I've ever had.
I'm honestly a little mad, I'm sure it's ruined other soft serve for me.
