Parisa. (sometimes spelled Paresa)

A Central Texas old school delicacy that comes from our German heritage being combined with Mexican influence. Raw, fresh ground beef, cheese, onion, jalapeno, salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice, and some people add garlic too, all combined into a spread and served with crackers. The only people I know who make and eat this are the families that came over on the boat. It's good stuff.
