>becomes bodybuilder
>thinks the processed food is the only unhealthy thing in his diet

You don't become a bodybuilder to be healthy. Your diet I'm sure is well-suited to building muscle mass, but I find it hard to believe that it's healthy. Eating vegetables also does not necessarily make your whole diet healthy.

> that is scientifically made to be the optimal food for human consumption?

If you think any dog food is made for optimal nutrition, you're naive. Pet food is about using up the waste products of human food production and adding vitamin supplements that will keep the pet alive for a reasonable amount of time. If you want optimal nutrition, you have the give the animal a natural diet of what it was designed to eat, not chicken by-product with corn and rice added for filler and a bunch of supplements which we know from many studies are not the optimal source of most nutrients and in many cases can actually be bad for health

But to answer your question, it's because food and the human body is too complex to be reduced to kibble.

Now that's some of the heaviest denial I've seen on this board. Honestly, I'm not even trying to be a dick, I just go with where the evidence points. It seems that the overwhelming majority of information supports the idea that the less meat you eat, the better, scaling all the way to 0. I WISH it was the opposite so I could eat some steak and chicken and actually be healthier for it, but science says that's not the case, and wishful thinking doesn't change reality.

With that, I bid you goodnight. I'm sure I'll see you again.

So Mesopotamian farming of the fertile crescent thousands of years ago is recent?
I hope you mean mass production scale agriculture.

Healthiest people in the world base their diets on plants. Sickest people in the world base their diets on meat. Take all the time you need to explain that.

In my mind he's "that guy that makes everybody mad, but they can't do anything about it because what he's saying is true"

Funny as hell when he picked a fight with the hodge twins, now he's calling Elliot Hulse out. Meanwhile all the bodybuilding kids yell "BUT THEY HAVE MUSCLE AND DURIANRIDER DOESN'T. BIG MUSCLE MEANS BIG HEALTH!" and also disregard the video where Durianrider, who's a cyclist and not a weightlifter who trains for hypertrophy, benchlifted more weight (pound-for-pound) than the hodge twins could, who dedicate all of their time strictly to lifting. The rage he generates is almost as sweet as the bananas he eats

Unless you're chewing, only swallowing the juice, and then spitting out the fiber, it don't matter. At that point you're juicing the fruits with your teeth. I already talked about fruit juice vs eating whole fruits

Check out this thing called "soluable fiber." I think you'll really enjoy learning about it, friend

turns out she was trying to cook ground beef. She thought it was a gas stove. she didn't have matches to light it, so she cooked her ground beef in the oven in a glass bowl...
