Just a good classic ceylon, use a generous amount of tea for each brew. If you have a middle eastern food market near you you can find it even cheaper.
We had a poster from somewhere over there a while ago who tested like three dozen brands and that was his favorite that seems to be easily available in the us.

Ahmad has a few bulk ceylon offerings, they aren't fancy but they might be fine for iced tea. Ahmad ceylon OPA is $12 for a half kilo on Amazon
