when i'm making for myself i always go for the classic salmon sushi. you just can't go wrong with it. but in restaurants i will try to get greater variations of sushi, i really liked squid sushi but sadly as a molluscophobe i can't really handle invertebrates in the kitchen.

i fucking love westernized chinese food! it's such a perfect blend of sweet, sour and delicious flavors packed into such perfectly soft consistency. i wish i could put that food in my mouth again, it is so beautiful and good!

a local chinese buffet, at fridays they serve this amazing haixun pork which goes perfectly with their noodles and i absolutely love their sushi with selection of many different fish and plant sushi. i really liked the squid sushi also the salmon was very soft and the wasabi had a very tight, almost dry texture. i like to finish the meal with a slice of cake and a cup of green tea.
