I hate when this happens because my extreme autism make me suffer with my brain telling me that I filled the contact form with a wrong email and I will never receive an answer, I'm also too shy to send another email because I'm not sure that this happened.

Please help me with the sour coffee from the moka pot.

The coffee from my Bialetti is extracted slowly, with the lowest flame possible, I don't make the moka gurgle and it looks good as it gets, but the taste is off because it's both acidic and weak as fuck, it tastes nothing at all what it's supposed to taste like.

It's a medium roast, ground coffee, super fresh so it's not stale. The previous coffee I made with the moka tasted the same despite having a different profile, so it has to be either the moka or something I don't know, maybe aliens.

Is 100% arabica supposed to be acidic?

What bothers me the most is the weakness, the lack of body and strenght, the acidic profile I can live with but shit this is not the coffee I used to drink from the moka pot. I'm Italian, I can't fucking fail at this, otherwise I'm going to KYS.
