Here is my bed.
15g beans ground in a K6 set to 105 clicks (1 full rotation and 45 steps from zero). Brewed in a single cup tea steeper lined with generic round filter paper. Used a standard kettle and slotted spoon. 100C° water was hitting the slotted spoon, probably dropping in temperature before hitting the coffee. 225g water for a 1:15 ratio. Brewed in 4 minutes including a short bloom. Tasted okay for the beans I was using. A bit weak, longer bloom would have helped.
