My mother has COPD at its 3rd stage and cant exercise without literally dying, admittedly she eats like shit but trying to lose weight whilst only eating well is very difficult, I help her with shopping and stores that dont have carts she literally cant go into, and stores that do usually have people looking or commenting on shit(multiple black people comment on the oxygen tank)
Most people that use them are just fat tho
