This is depressing. How can such a chain so low in quality have such a stranglehold on consumer mindshare. Even McDonald's doesn't rank near the top of the burger portion of the survey. Sandwiches are the absolute least effort food there is to prepare, so it can't be that hard to deliver a better alternative.

This. I'd rather buy the ingredients and cook my own meals and cut out the overhead and profits. At least buy your ready-to-eat meals from Grocerants like Publix or Costco.
