The strongest man in Germany is vegan too. I don't think these examples prove anything, but I do have to ask where you came up with your assertion that a lack of meat will somehow cause dips in energy levels. If anything, your energy would go up if you replaced meat in the diet with high carbohydrate, high fiber foods like beans and oats
