Fuck you and your opinions, """fusion""" is the worst thing to happen to cooking since you learned to eat solid food. It's almost always mediocre, overpriced, and served/cooked by some twat trading on "foodie" hype and buzzwords. Interesting for an experience sure, but not once has retarded "Asian fusion" bullshit like ramen burgers and sushi burritos caught on outside of the God forsaken cultural hellscape that is the West Coast.
t. LA suburbanite against paying $30 for small plates of ginger, fish sauce, kimchi, and beard trimmings instead of cheap, high quality, food served with a sneer in a language I don't speak or care to.
