>dude seed oils are the worst thing you can eat it will kill you
>dude use coconut oil it’s saturated and won’t turn bad when you cook with it
>dude virgin coconut oil has a low smoke point, it’s bad for steak, use refined coconut oil it had a higher smoke point
>refining oils is toxic and will kill you
