I understand that mentioning Wagyu is an easy way to be picked up by Youtube's Algorithm, but in the video he explains that Gator Tail has very little intramuscular fat, how you have to REMOVE what fat there is, and that it isn't even tender. How the fuck is it any way like Wagyu at all?
