Bengali GF. Tried a lot of stuff like Fuchka, Jhalmuri, Ruti mixed with meats, Jhol which I think is just Curries and Ilish which I don't care for as i'm not much of a fish dude. Prefers my food more than anything but then again going from Bangladesh quality to US quality ingredients is probably a massive step up.
