How come Carne en su Jugo is never talked about? Had some over at friends and this shit is great. Couldn't get enough of it. I also never see it at authentic restaurants.

Really underrated dish to be quite honest with tangy, beefy, and spicy over tones it should be enjoyable for everyone I'd assume.
