This, but only if you're looking for pure functionality to support your pace of lifestyle. If you have time to care for your ingredients, experiment with fresh as often as you can and research as to the safety in storing said ingredients... it will save you money and your ass-health in the long run. Mind the quality and expirations of your dried/ready-to-use products to freeze for later use too. AND don't be a retard, allow everything to cool off properly before storing. Or you'll fuck up your sauces and shit. I'm partial to using seasoned panko + dried porcini or fresh cremini in my meatball mixes. Dual meat mixtures store better than straight beef/pork mixes imo.
