Ok I brewed it in my French press Hoffman style. Its pretty good. I guess I would describe the flavor as slightly vegital, turn into roasted flavor, then finishes with wisps of sweetness that does kinda remind me of roasted marshmallows with intended burnt spots. I do think I grinded a little course, so I'll do it finer next time and report back; my grinder is also meh.
