Not having turkey.

Beef Wellington is in the oven, having it with potato dauphinoise and Brussel sprouts (one of my family pointed out the accidental battle of waterloo reference).

On Christmas day we're going out to a nice hotel nearby plus there's lots of snacks and cannabis.

Then on boxing day i've got a salmon terrine, a joint of gammon and cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, parsnips and red cabbage then some trifle.
