I've yet to have a Scotch that's better than this.

I've had Singleton 12 YO, Dewars 12, Bowmore 12, Laphroiag 10, Dalmore 12, but nothing comes close to this masterpiece. They all just taste like piss and burnt wood in comparison to this nectar of the gods. It ain't even my favorite.

Now THIS is shit-racing! All of what both of you just described leads back directly into this guys post

>they all show the same 4 or 5 notes of oak, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and nuts in slightly different combinations. There are exceptions, but the range of flavors overall pales in comparison to scotch
You're leaving out notes that are typically unique to bourbon, such as molasses, dark brown sugar, peanut, and bursting ripe fresh corn.

There's also the fact that the barrel it's aged in doesn't only affect the flavor, the type of grain used, the combinations of grains, the water used, the air quality during the distillation phase, and the number of times it's distilled all have an effect on the potency, taste, and smell of the whiskey. I've tried over a dozen scotch's, and it's good, it can be great at times, but I mostly prefer Irish, and Bourbon.

And I would drink Buffalo Trace any day over Ardbeg.

>Has anyone who enjoyed scotch ever been able to drink other liquors again?
Yes, most people with refined palettes.
