I have been dieting and exercising for 7-8 months, I finally just got down to an overweight BMI instead of obese. Sometimes it seems like I'm just breaking even by getting to this point, but I feel and look so much better. I didn't realize how far I had let myself go. Your friends would rather die than be "rude" to you and let you know that you're getting fat. I'm not saying they should tell you if you are, it's not their job, but I know I would've been laughing at "the fats" in this thread if I didn't wake myself up.

I went to Sushi Nakazawa with a friend to celebrate a new job and holy shit was he going overboard about how good it was while we were eating it. Literally making like orgasm faces during the tuna omakase course. Pretty sure he was only doing it to convince himself that it was worth like $300 (it wasn't), as the staff and other diners clearly were weirded out by it.
