Order a Shack Stack. The mushroom burger is the best thing they make, and it's even better stacked on a burger. If you're really fat, you can order a Shack Stack Double, which has the shroom burger between two beef burger patties.

If you get fries, order cheese fries with sauce on the side. The fries are designed for cheese sauce. Sauce on the side allows more consistent distribution. Don't bother with bacon on anything. Their bacon is shit and overpriced.

For me, it's the Shack Stack, the best fast casual sandwich.

Is that the Times Square location? Go to pretty much any location but there, Grand Central, and the original 23rd St one and you shouldn't have an issue with lines.

Also get a shroom burger, or a shack stack which has that + a burger patty.
