So my asshole flatmate decided to help himself to my bottle of liquor and then refilled it with water to hide the evidence. He said he only drank half of it, so it's about 50% water 50% vodka. I can still faintly smell the alcohol so I don't think he's bullshitting.

With that being said, is there any way I could separate the water from the vodka?
