I want to start eating only one meal a day that has a perfect balance of all the nutrients I need in it. I've basically come up with a concoction of lamb kidney, eggs, salmon, spinach, broccoli, ground flaxseed and some other bits and pieces for flavour. I need to know the best method of cooking this.

My current plan is to blend it all into a paste that will then be stewed at 100°C for a couple hours. The other alternative is to produce the paste and refrigerate it then cook a portion on stovetop each day.

What other alternatives do I have?

So the purpose of baking soda in dough is to create gas bubbles right?

Why dont people use some kind of sealed device to pressurize a container with CO2 while dough is inside ?
